Returns & Refunds

At Inn Align & Achieve, each piece of jewellery is created and carefully inspected with intention and attention to detail before being securely packaged for shipment.

In line with UK and EU consumer regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, except where exclusions apply.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality, and energetic integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings
  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces
  • Items that have been worn, used, or unsealed

All product details, materials, and measurements are clearly described on our website to help you make an informed purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

In such cases, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

 

Change of Mind

 

Returns based on personal preference or change of mind are only accepted where legally required and provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

 

Shipping Responsibility

 

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Any delays or transit-related issues should be reported promptly so we can assist where possible.
